The most common objection we hear from people considering continuous improvement software is that their culture isn't ready yet. They liked the IDEA of spreading continuous improvement with software, but want to work on their culture some more first. 

To that, we say: 

You don't get continuous improvement software when your culture is right. It MAKES your culture right.
