You can focus on the information that matters, uncover insights quickly, and take action with confidence. These updates give your team everything they need to start the year strong.
KaiNexus’ latest release, 3.3.0, is scheduled for Saturday, January 24th.
Here are some of our favorite new features and enhancements from this release:
You can now set default columns on Report Cards so that when you drill into a data point, the Item List shows the information that matters most to you. You will get immediate access to relevant data, saving time and helping you focus on what counts.
“Impact By” Reports in List View now display totals at the bottom of financial columns. This makes it easy to see aggregated Impact at a glance without exporting data or doing manual calculations. You can understand overall performance more quickly and accurately.
You now have more options when customizing columns on “by Person” Reports, making it easier to view and export additional details such as employee ID or Location alongside other report data. This provides richer insight into individual contributions and more comprehensive team reporting.
Bowling View Impact Reports and Over Time Activity Reports now give you more ways to explore and use your data. Drill into metrics to see the individual Items behind each number, providing context and clarity for smarter decision-making.
Both Report types can now also be exported to Excel (XLSX) to make it easy to analyze, share, and manipulate your data outside KaiNexus.
Graph View Reports now allow you to customize X- and Y-axis labels, including titles, angles, truncation, and number formatting. This keeps your reports clear and visually easy to understand.
Quick Filters now show a count of selected criteria instead of listing every tag. This saves screen space and keeps Boards, Item Lists, and People Lists uncluttered, making it easier to focus on your data.
Quick and Location Filters are also now available on mobile, giving you the same control and flexibility wherever you are.
Currency conversion is now available in Item Lists, Impact Widgets, and Report drill-downs, allowing you to view Impacts in a single currency, regardless of how they were originally logged. This keeps financial data consistent across the platform and gives you more flexibility in reporting, helping you build a complete picture of the Impact your organization is generating.
