Get ready to start gearing up for the summer heat and 45 new KaiNexus improvements in our 2.5.2 release! 

Let’s take a look at some of the highlights: 

Badges

We took a deep dive into badges this release, so you won’t want to miss all the new amazing configurations that are now supported! Some of these amazing features include in-app badge notifications, activity-based badges, and advanced filtering options for badges. A.K.A. you can get really creative on how people are awarded badges! For example, whenever a User meets the requirements of an Activity-Based Badge (such as commenting on 50 items), the badge will automatically be added to their profile showing everyone just how awesome and engaged they are. Let’s just say we love this feature, and we’re sure you will too!

Charts

We know how much our users love using charts, so it was only right to show some love to them in 2021! To assist with better visualization of charts, KaiNexus now supports dollar signs, percent signs, show value, and even the ability to set the number of decimal places for a calculated series - giving you the power to make charts even more attractive to really WOW your audience with your data.

Branding

Ready to upgrade from our standard green color statuses (you know the ones we're talking about) and KaiNexus blue reporting colors? Well look no further, it's time to add your organization's pizzaz to KaiNexus. In our 2.5.2 release, you are now able to customize status and reporting colors to match your organization’s standard branding.

Timeline

Ever log into KaiNexus and notice something changed but have no idea who did it? Well, with our newest release, we got you covered! KaiNexus now has an Admin Timeline where you can quickly search for item changes such as roles, networks, attributes, and login notices, just to name a few! We got your back, showing you what item was changed, what the change was, and who changed it.

More to Know!

Along with the above-mentioned highlights, KaiNexus has made further improvements to our API functionality! Kainexus now supports JSON chart imports and exports via our API! (We told you, we’re showing charts some love in 2021!)
