Introducing Custom Statuses

Introducing Custom Statuses! This is a powerful new feature that will help you add even more customization to your Templates. Previously, Statuses have remained static. Now, you can create unique Statuses, rename existing ones, change their colors, and decide which appear on different Templates. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to get started.

Attribute Syncing 

Attribute Syncing allows you to sync Attribute Values between Parent and Child Items. When activated, modifying an Attribute on a Parent Item will automatically update the corresponding Attribute on Child Items to the same value. You can also configure the sync to work in the opposite direction, or bidirectionally. For example, if your organization has a monthly attribute that needs to be updated with multiple tasks nested under it, you can use attribute syncing to easily make your updates. For guidance on setup, contact your Customer Success Manager.

Conditional Attribute Values

Use Conditional Attribute Values to narrow down which values someone can select in an Attribute based on a selection in another Attribute. Instead of being cluttered with all available options, once one attribute value is chosen, this will dictate the available values for another attribute. With this enhancement, the ultimate goal is to help streamline processes and workflows. This will help take the guesswork out of things, and ensure individuals are easily following the workflow set up in their system. After your Customer Success Manager helps you create a Conditional Attribute, you can configure the logic for each Attribute Value yourself. 

New Widget API

A new type of API call is now available: Widget API. This API allows you to export a Widget value, which is useful if you want to pass a People Count, Item Count, or Impact to another application. 

The New Cycle Time by Milestone Report

We are introducing a new Report for organizations with the Milestone Module enabled: the Cycle Time by Milestone Report. With this Report, you can now track the time your Milestones spend in each Milestone Status and address any bottlenecks.
