KaiNexus 3.2.6 Release: New Features to Boost Efficiency and Engagement

KaiNexus is turning up the heat this summer with a release packed with upgrades to help you move faster, engage more easily, and gain deeper insights into your data. In KaiNexus 3.2.6, we’re introducing Starred Locations for quicker access to key sites, inline engagement tools so you can like, acknowledge, and comment without opening each Item, and major enhancements to Attribute Reports for greater flexibility and control. Whether you're managing work across locations or digging into metrics, this release is designed to help you work smarter and stay focused on what matters most.

KaiNexus’ latest release, Release 3.2.6, is scheduled for Saturday, June 21st.

Here are some of our favorite new features and enhancements from this release:

 

Star Locations for Easier Access

Tired of searching for the same Locations over and over? With Starred Locations, you can now instantly access your most-used Locations, no scrolling, no searching. Just star a Location once, and it will automatically appear at the top of your Network in Location Filters and in a new “Starred” section across all Location drop-downs. Whether you oversee initiatives at multiple Locations or just want a simple way to regularly access your most-used Locations, Starred Locations help you move faster and save time.

Engage with Items Faster, Right From a List

No more clicking into each Item to show support or share feedback. You can now like, acknowledge, and comment on Items directly from your List View. Whether you’re reviewing a long list of Improvements or checking your team’s Items, it’s easier than ever to engage with your team without breaking your workflow. Add the new Engagement column to a list, and you’ll see the icons either in a dedicated column or in the Item Details. Additionally, these actions are now available in the Quick Edit right-click menu for even faster access.

 

See Files and Links At a Glance

No more guessing what’s attached to each Item. The Files and Links columns now show the actual files and links for each Item, instead of only showing the count. You can preview files and open links directly from your List View, making it faster to find what you need and act without extra clicks.

 

Upload bigger files with ease

You can now attach files up to 50 MB, over three times the previous limit. Whether you’re sharing images, presentations, or detailed reports, you can now upload larger files without hassle, making it easier to share key resources. 

 

Smarter, More Flexible Attribute Reporting

We’ve made a series of upgrades to Attribute Reports to help you uncover insights faster and customize reports to fit your needs:

  • Weighted Score Attributes: Attribute Reports now include Weighted Score Attributes, giving you access to detailed activity and Impact data for Attributes that contribute to Weighted Scores.
  • Shared Value Groups: Build reports using groups of Attributes that share common values without selecting each one individually. This is perfect for spotting patterns across similar data points.
  • Combine Values Toggle: Choose whether to group shared values across Attributes or view each one separately for deeper control over your report layout.
  • Value Filtering: Include or exclude specific Attribute Values to focus on the data that matters most.
  • New Summary Report View: The Attribute Summary Report now lets you group data by Attribute rather than by Attribute Value, offering a cleaner breakdown when working with multiple Attributes with different sets of values.
