Our latest Release is packed with innovative updates to help your organization achieve more with less effort. This release empowers you to gain deeper insights, streamline your processes, and track progress like never before.

KaiNexus' latest release, Release 3.2.3, is scheduled for this Friday, December 6th.

Let's dive into the key improvements:

Cycle Time Reports Upgrade

Cycle Time Reports are getting a major upgrade. Powered by our new Status History feature, Cycle Time Reports will be more accurate and insightful than ever. 

Previously, these reports relied on rough time estimates from daily snapshots, limiting their ability to capture precise status transitions. This could lead to inconsistent data. Starting with this release on December 6th, 2024, the old data will be replaced with more accurate information. 

Even better, Cycle Time Reports now support Custom Statuses and allow you to click on data points to generate a list of Items contributing to the metric, helping you quickly identify outliers and take action.

Track the time Items spend in any Status

Item Lists have two new column options that show how long Items have been in a specific status, providing deeper insights into bottlenecks and helping you identify Items that may need attention. As a Champion or Leader, it’s important to have visibility into stagnant Items to help the individuals or teams associated with these Items to take action. Add the “Days in Status” or “Days in Current Status” column to a list to get started. 

Enhanced Item Date Filtering

You now have more filtering options for Item Dates. In the Item Filter, there are new options for the start and end of your date range. You can choose options for the start date range such as ‘Start of Next Week’, ‘Start of Next Quarter’, and vice versa for the end date range. If your organization utilizes Fiscal Years - you can now use that as well. This allows you to dynamically filter for upcoming Items rather than only being able to look in the past.

New Goal Types: People Goals

In addition to Item and Impact Goals, you can now set People Goals for your organization. Two new Goal Types–People Count and People Percentage–will help you track the number or percent of people in your organization that meet your custom criteria. These new goals work just like the other goals (on a per Location basis), but instead of tracking Items or impact, it tracks people. 

The People Count Goal will just be a number that is set, while the People Percentage refers to the percentage of Users at each Location.

After setting Goals for specific Locations, you can easily track progress using the eye-catching Goal Widget.
