KaiNexus is springing into action this April with a release full of fresh updates. This release, KaiNexus 3.2.5, introduces powerful new features like Habit Scores to build consistency, customizable badge awarding for greater flexibility, and enhanced visibility with tools like the Fields Populated column and detailed Chart Thumbnails. These enhancements will help keep your continuous improvement efforts on track and your teams performing at their best!
KaiNexus’ latest release, Release 3.2.5, is scheduled for Saturday, April 12th.
Here are some of our favorite new features and enhancements from this release:
Build Accountability and Consistency Across Teams with Habit Scores
Stay on top of key habits in KaiNexus with Habit Scores. You and key stakeholders can now commit to essential actions—like logging in, engaging with the system, and clearing notifications—at least once a week. This generates a weekly Habit Score that tracks consistency and reinforces accountability for everyone involved.
Easily Track and Visualize Habit Consistency with the Habit Score Widget
We are introducing a new Widget Type to help you track Habit Scores for you and other key individuals in your organization. The Habit Score Widget displays a user’s Habit Score, and while you need the Habit Administrator permission to create it, anyone viewing the Board can see it.
Recognize Ongoing Achievements with Multi-Award Badges
Organizations with the Custom Badges Module can now create Multi-Award Badges, allowing you to recognize achievements each time they occur rather than just the first time. In addition, you’ll be able to add personalized comments with each award.
Customize Badge Awarding Based on System Roles Across Your Organization
The ability to award Badges is no longer limited to Badge Administrators. When designing a Custom Badge, you can now specify which System Roles can award each unique Badge.
Track Item Progress with Enhanced Visibility Using the Fields Populated Column
We are excited to introduce the Fields Populated column, which allows you to track an Item’s progress based on the number of populated Fields and Attributes. This feature is especially helpful for assessments, checklists, and audits, so be sure to contact your Customer Success Manager for help setting it up.
Increase Visual Clarity with Additional Chart Thumbnail Details
Want more clarity in your Chart thumbnails? Now, you can display a Detailed version with axis labels, a legend, and data series labels in Item Lists. Simply enable this option in the List’s View Options.
