You asked, and we delivered. KaiNexus 3.3.1 introduces enhancements to Boards, Cards, and recurring automation, giving you greater control and visibility over your workflow. You can complete your work with more autonomy and less friction, with access to everything you need.

KaiNexus’ latest release, 3.3.1, is scheduled for Saturday, March 28th.

Here are some of our favorite new features and enhancements from this release:

Personalize Board Content with Card Visibility Settings

You can now control Card visibility based on a user’s Location, Role, Persona, or specific Board filters. This granular control over Boards ensures the right people see the right information. 

 Identify Content Faster with Upgraded Card Stacks 

Card Stacks now feature a carousel design with navigation dots and Card Type icons for faster identification. Improved navigation also saves your place across views and ensures that maximized stacks respect active visibility settings. These upgrades create a more intuitive experience, making it easier to switch between multiple Cards in a Stack. 

 Ignore Board Filters To Keep Critical Information Visible 

The “Ignore Board Filters” setting allows you to anchor specific card content so you can always see what’s important, even when applying global filters to the rest of the board. You can set Item List, People List, Report, Activity Feed, and Widget Cards to ignore Board-level filters. This flexibility ensures that your most critical data remains front and center.

 Track Commitments with Capacity View for Item Lists 

The new Capacity View displays Items alongside their commitment schedules and weekly summaries. You can now visualize schedules and work items together, simplifying resource management and long-term planning.

This feature is available for organizations with the Capacity Planning Module.

Automate Recurring Tasks with Smart Scheduling Enhancements

 We’ve enhanced our recur feature so you can schedule daily, weekly, or yearly tasks. More frequency options, smarter recurring logic, and dynamically updated Due Dates ensure that periodic tasks won’t fall through the cracks.
