Jonathan has dedicated his architectural career to the design of healthcare facilities. He has experience in a wide range of architectural disciplines, including conceptual design, master planning, schematic design and the interface of design development with construction documents. As a Lean facilitator, Jonathan infuses process improvement into each step of the design process. Jonathan’s passion for process-led design drives him to challenge traditional design solutions and approaches. He tailors the project approach for each client to best understand their practice patterns and develop spaces to support and enhance them. Jonathan is most excited about developing new tools to help engage stakeholders and increase value during the design process. Jonathan’s support and involvement in the development of a project’s design extends through project completion. He manages building systems and material selections as necessary to produce complete design solutions. Jonathan enjoys photography when he is not busy changing diapers.
